I used to struggle quite a bit with feeling unloved and unworthy.

Unconsciously, I reached for others to try to fill the emptiness I was feeling within and it usually set me up to feel disappointed or hurt. It's taken a while, but I've finally learned that I had to learn how to love myself first in order to fill that inner void…
