We all get so focused on our own narrow view that sometimes we forget to notice the good around us, or even to tell someone when we do notice! Whether it’s a coworker who’s rocking a new haircut or a friend who’s got this unstoppable energy, let them know.
And here's the thing about compliments: they’re free, quick, and they make you feel good too. Think about the last time someone told you something nice out of the blue. Pretty uplifting, right? I mean, someone said I was funny once, and I’ve been riding that high for years!
