Find a Trail You’ve Never Hiked Before: Even if it’s just a short path tucked behind a park or school, go walk it like you’re discovering new territory. Leave your usual route behind and follow curiosity instead. It’s easy to forget how much we’re built to explore. This is your reminder to go wander a bit, you might find more than just a new view.
Make Something with Your Hands: We spend so much time tapping screens and typing keys that we forget how good it feels to actually make something. Carve, hammer, wrench, paint, whatever pulls at you. It doesn’t need to be useful, and it really doesn’t need to be pretty. Just use your hands. There’s a kind of grounding that happens when you slow down enough to shape something real. Don’t worry about the outcome, just enjoy the process.
