12 Easy Ways to Show an Act of Kindness to a Stranger
“Kindness is doing what you can, where you are, with what you have.” — unknown
When we think about acts of kindness, we might automatically imagine incredibly sweeping and generous acts. Yet, acts of kindness don’t need to be anything big. The little things count too (if not more!).

One Positive Action
List 3 Things That Went Right Today:
Even on your worst days, something went right. Maybe it wasn’t big, maybe it wasn’t obvious, but it was there. And when you train yourself to find those moments, even when they’re buried under stress, frustration, or setbacks, you build the mental muscle of resilience. That’s how you condition your mind for success, no matter what life throws at you.
Some days, the wins are easy to see. You crushed a meeting, made progress on a goal, had a great conversation. But other days, the victory is just getting out of bed, showing up when you didn’t feel like it, or choosing not to quit when it would’ve been easier to walk away. Those count. In fact, those might be the most important ones, because they prove to you that even in the toughest moments, you’re still moving forward.
Right now, think of three things that went right today. Don’t overcomplicate it. Maybe you handled a difficult situation better than you would have in the past. Maybe you kept a promise to yourself. Maybe you just made it through a hard day. Acknowledge it. Own it. Because the more you focus on what’s working, the more momentum you create. And when you build momentum, there’s nothing that can stop you.
