Have you ever lost yourself in something you love, only to glance at the clock and realize hours have passed unnoticed

Help someone with a task they’ve been avoiding:

You know that thing you keep putting off? The one that feels like a mountain, even though deep down, you know it’s not that big? We all have them. And guess what? So does everyone else. Sometimes, the best way to break through our own resistance is to help someone else push past theirs. You’ve got a friend, a coworker, maybe even a family member who’s stuck on something, cleaning out a cluttered garage, making a difficult phone call, finishing a project they started months ago.

Be the one who steps in and says, Let’s do this together.

Momentum is everything. Most of the time, people aren’t avoiding the task itself, they’re avoiding the feeling that comes with it. Overwhelm. Uncertainty. Maybe even fear of failure. But when you step in and say, I’ll help you start, you’re cutting through all that noise. You’re giving them the one thing they need most: action. And once action begins, everything shifts. What felt impossible five minutes ago suddenly starts moving. Energy picks up. They start believing, Hey, maybe I can do this. 

You’re not just helping them. You’re rewiring your own brain for success. Because when you train yourself to see challenges as something to tackle, rather than avoid, that mindset bleeds into your own life. You start handling your own unfinished business with the same energy you bring to others. So find someone who’s stuck, step up, and say, Let’s handle this together. Not someday. Not later. Right now. Because the only thing standing between where they are and where they need to be is a little push. Be that push.
