One Positive Action
Revisit a Win!
Sometimes, when things feel like they’re spiraling or just plain blah, you’ve got to pause and remind yourself: You’ve done hard things before. Think back to a time when you absolutely crushed it. Maybe it was landing that job, nailing a presentation, or even just getting out of bed on a day when everything felt heavy. Big or small, it counts. Own it.
Sit with that memory for a minute. Replay it in your head, how you felt in that moment, really experience it, remember what it took to get there, and the pride that came with it. You didn’t stumble into that win; you earned it. You showed up, put in the effort, and proved to yourself that you could handle it. Let yourself feel that pride again, because you deserve to.
When you remind yourself of what you’ve already accomplished, it makes the mountain in front of you look a little less daunting. If you could handle that, you can handle this. You’ll find a way, just like you did before.
So revisit that win, let it light you up, and then take a deep breath. You’ve got more of those moments ahead of you, but for now, let this one remind you just how capable you really are. Sometimes, all it takes is remembering that the version of you who pulled it off back then? They’re still here.
