When anxiety creeps in or stress levels rise, turning to nutritious, mood-supporting foods can make a meaningful difference in our mental well-being.

This recipe transforms omega-3-rich salmon into crispy, flavorful bites glazed with a harmonious blend of honey and ginger, creating a meal that’s as nourishing for your mind as it is delicious.

And I’ll bet it’s one you might just keep coming back to (our favorite kinds!).

  • How can this recipe level up your mental health?

One Positive Action

Plan a fun activity:

A lot of people wait for fun to just happen, like one day, they’ll magically have the time and energy for something enjoyable. But if you don’t put it on the calendar, it usually gets buried under errands, responsibilities, and whatever else feels more urgent. So, pick something now. It doesn’t have to be a big, complicated event. It could be as simple as setting time aside to watch a movie you’ve been meaning to see, grabbing coffee with a friend, or taking yourself out for a good meal.

The point is to have something to look forward to, something that reminds you life isn’t just a never-ending to-do list. Even a small plan can make the week feel less like a grind. If you don’t know what to do, think about what’s made you happy before, something you haven’t done in a while, something that makes you feel like yourself.

And if you’re the type to cancel on yourself, don’t. Treat it like any other commitment. The dishes, emails, and random tasks will still be there when you get back, but so will a version of you that actually took time to enjoy life.
