Cultivating Patience - December’s End of the Month Motivational Message
This year was special in many ways.
You uncovered a new version of yourself. You met wonderful people and built genuine connections. You experienced some of the best moments of your life so far.
There are still obstacles, challenges, and unfulfilled desires, but you’ve learned to focus more on what you have than on what you lack. You feel more content in life, and that shift is a testament to the healing work you’ve done.
As the year comes to an end, celebrate the experiences that made you who you are today…
Happy New Year and thanks for being a part of our community!
With the end of year finally here, we thought we’d reflect a bit on the past year, and what it’s taken to get us here.
As some of you might know, DailyMotivation is a just a tiny team, with a stable of rotating writers, with just a few of us being “full” timers. (usually working other jobs while keeping DM running)
We started in the summer of 2020 when the world was struggling with lockdowns, and mental health for all of us was shaky at best, and we wanted to put a little light out into the world, and help give people the tools to get ahead.
It’s been a labor of love and there have been many times where we didn’t think we were going to make it, but here we are 5 years later and going strong!
Our wonderful editor Sarah put together a small reflection workbook that you can download for free as a little gift from us to you to say thanks!
Some stats from the past year:
365 daily emails! (I mean… ya, it’s in the name!)
over 7 million article and motivation views!
over 5000 comments from our community! We’ve shared many here before, but the outpouring of support, your personal heart aches that you choose to share, and messages of love are truly humbling, and we might not have the bandwidth to get back to every single one of you, but we read them, and we thank you, they keep us going too.
From the entire DailyMotivation team - THANK YOU!

Or your coworker’s attitude is really starting to get to you and wear you down.
Oof, life can really pile up, can’t it?
Some of your comments!
We get so many great comments from you all on our emails and articles, we do read them all, and they definitely keep us going! We wanted to share some of them with you!
