That one little “yes” can be a momentum-builder, you tackle that one little thing you’ve been putting off, and suddenly, you’re riding a tiny wave of accomplishment.
And yeah, it might suck at first. The workout might leave you sweaty and questioning your life choices. The call might feel awkward. But guess what? You still did it. You showed up. And even if it’s messy or imperfect, you’ll probably feel lighter, more accomplished, and maybe even a little proud of yourself.
So, pick your “yes” and lean into it. You’ve got nothing to lose, and getting that ball rolling, you can keep riding your new ‘Yes' energy momentum!
