Daily Habits for Success
Mindful Living:
Practice Mindfulness: Spend a few minutes each day practicing mindfulness.
Eg. Take 5 minutes in the morning to sit quietly, focus on your breathing, and let go of any thoughts or worries. Simply observe the rise and fall of your breath.
Unplug Regularly: Disconnect from technology for a set time each day.
Eg. Set aside 30 minutes before bed to unplug from all screens. Use this time to read a book, journal, or simply relax without the distraction of technology.
